Governance & Strategic Leadership

Board of Directors

Board members provide governance oversight, strategic direction, and fiduciary responsibility. Typical commitment: 5-10 hours per month including quarterly meetings.

Vice Chair

Support the Chair and step in when needed. Help guide strategic direction and board governance.

Treasurer

Oversee financial health, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Faith & Ministry Advisor

Ensure our work stays rooted in biblical principles. Guide spiritual formation and ministry integration.

Technical/Cybersecurity Advisor

Provide technical guidance on security standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Development/Fundraising

Lead fundraising strategy and donor relations. Help secure resources for our mission.

Communications/Outreach

Guide marketing, branding, and church outreach. Help spread awareness of our ministry.

Day-to-Day Ministry Leadership

Operational Leadership

Operational leaders execute our mission on a daily basis. These volunteer roles require more regular involvement and direct responsibility for ministry functions.

Technical Director

Lead technical operations, assessment standards, and volunteer training curriculum.

Ministry Director

Oversee church relationships, service delivery, and spiritual integration in our work.

Operations & Compliance Director

Manage day-to-day operations, policies, and nonprofit compliance requirements.

Development Director

Execute fundraising campaigns, grant writing, and donor stewardship.

Communications Director

Manage marketing, social media, content creation, and public relations.

Volunteer Coordinator

Recruit, onboard, and support Sentinel Network volunteers. Build community.
